The Power of Knowledge

For us as a service provider, training and ongoing development is critical. The competence of our teams is what underpins our every touchpoint with you as a customer, and we take pride in the skill and knowledge of our field technicians as well as our internal staff.


All our technicians go through a foundational four-year industry-recognized Elevator Technician apprenticeship program, endorsed by IBEW Local 3. However, even after basic training completion, we actively monitor and encourage continuous training and development to further enhance the individual’s knowledge.

Equipment Training

Elevator equipment can differ greatly from one manufacturer to another, which is why we regularly take part in vendor-specific training. This allows us to quickly get familiar with different products, learn best practice, and stay on top of new technology.

On-the-job Learning

75% of our technicians have an average of 15+ years’ field experience. This is a fantastic asset for our business, as it allows us to build teams where more senior specialists can mentor and teach newer recruits, expanding our collective knowledge and expertise across the business.
